                                                              2020 NOMINATION FORM

UPOPM, Inc. is seeking nominations to celebrate "Women Touching the World" throughout Western New York.   Women from all walks of life will receive this honor at the annual Awards Dinner which will be held March 21, 2020 at the Buffalo-Niagara Convention Center at 7:00 pm.

To nominate a woman to be honored at our event, please fill out and submit the Nomination form below.  You must complete each field on the nomination form and then click the SUBMIT button to complete your nomination.  A letter will be sent to the nominee with more details upon after of the Nomination Form.

The Deadline for nominations is January 25, 2020.

The proceeds from the awards dinner will be used to provide scholarships for high school girls graduating in June 2020 and are enrolled in a college or trade school by September 2020.
